Stella (Smart Dining Table)

Nowadays, smartphones are very popular. However, smartphones take away much time with family. My idea “Stella” may solve this problem. Stella is a next generation smart dining table which looks like a big smartphone on a table . It has a big touch display, mood lighting, and automatic UV cleaner. Stella is an all-in-one system. People can do many things with Stella, just like with smartphones, for example, drawing, studying, and watching cooking programs and movies. Stella’s automatic UV cleaner system keeps your table clean. After you wipe the table, push the cleaning button, and the UV system will activate and remove bacteria. Its obstacle detection system prevents tipping over carelessly placed glasses. A Dining table is the center of the family. Therefore, I designed Stella to be the center of smart homes (or IoT). Stella can connect to everything in smart home. With Stella, people can control many things, for example, remotely control TV, adjust room and table lighting, and lock windows and doors.Of course, Stella supports voice control.
