Fold top corners inward

Fold bottom corners inward

Step 9:

Fold top and bottom points to meet and the center point

Step 10:

Fold top and bottom end points toward center

Fold points out as far as you can

Step 14:

Fold points outward as far as you can

Fold in half

Fold in half

Step 17:

Unfold the last fold and fold points to create a diamond

Fold in half

Cut the top part off as much as you can

U can add tape if u want but otherwise u r complete. Now go slap a random dude with this and see how he reacts.
