Step 1: Cover Old Grass

We covered the area we had planned for the path with some excess dirt from another area of the yard than placed the stones to get the curve we liked with the gaps that we we're looking for. It's not complicated just time consuming and the rocks were really heavy.

Step 2: Water the Rocks

Next we hosed down the rocks to clean them and settle them in place as best we could while leveling any rocks that we're uneven.

Step 3: Finish

Last we put in the sod which we cut to fit in the gaps as well and watered everything again. Then it's just a matter of keeping the grass watered to maintain it.
