Step 1: Buy Old Backpacks (thrifthing)

I chose, 'skip-hop' brand.

Step 2: Label the Straps

practice the lettering first, before you write on straps, print slowly - take your time.

Step 3: Get the Webbing Out of the Way

I tied the webbing into a loop-knot, (but the length of webbing is difficult to work with (optional cotton, see pic).
