Introduction: Strawberry Banana Stuffed French Toast

Step 1: What You Will Need

1(12”) loaf of French bread

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. strawberries

1 banana

6 eggs

3/4 c. milk

3 tbsp. butter

Syrup- as needed

For a twist: add cinnamon!

Step 2: Cut French Bread Into ½” Slices.

Step 3: Chop Strawberries and Banana.

Step 4: Combine Cream Cheese, Strawberries, and Banana in a Small Bowl.

Step 5: Place a Heaping Tablespoon of Filling Into the Center of a Piece of Bread. Top With Another Piece of Bread to Make a Sandwich.

Step 6: Beat Eggs and Milk in a Bowl. Add Cinnamon If Desired.

Step 7: Frying the French Toast

Melt two tablespoons of butter in the skillet on low heat. Coat the sandwich on both sides with the egg mixture. Add coated sandwich. Cook until lightly brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining butter, filling, and bread slices.
