Introduction: Stuffed Puff Pastry Bags With Stuffed Pepperonis Recipe
Ingredients:
1 protion puff pastry
100g gouda cheese
100g feta cheese
1 hand pepperonis
2 spoons parsley
30ml cream
salt & pepper
1 egg
1 freeze bag
Step 1: Preparation
Remove the stalk & seeds for the pepperonis. Give feta & parsley in the freeze bag and give a bit salt & pepper and the cream to it. Twist the bag and knead it together. Roll out the puff pastry and spread it with egg yolk. Cut a hole it the freeze bag and fill the mix in the pepperonis. Place them on the half of the dough and sprinkle gouda over it. Now fold the dough together.
Step 2: Finish
Cut the dough and knead nice stuffed puff pastry bags. Place them on bakin paper and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 minutes.
