Sugar Cookies

Introduction: Sugar Cookies


1. 3/4 cup sugar

2. 1/2 cup melted shorting

3. 1 teaspoon Cream of tarter

4.1/2 teaspoons Baking soda

5. 2 cups Flour

6. 2 eggs beaten

7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

8. 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Step 1: The Dough

1. Mix the sugar and the melted shorting until it is mixed in good then add the eggs and the vanilla

2. In another bowl put the dry ingredients the flour, cream of tarter, baking soda, and the salt

3. Then star mixing the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients mix well

Step 2: Cutting the Cookies

4. Take some flour put a little on your board

5. Put some dough on the board roll out 1h thinness

6. Cut the cookies out with your choice cookies cutter

Step 3: Baking

7. Grease your pan put the cookies on it

8. set the oven at 375 degrees

9. Bake for 7 to 7 1/2 minutes

Step 4: Frosting


1. 3/4 cups of Crisco

2. 3 table spoons of water

3. 1 teaspoon of vanilla

beat until smooth
