Sugar Cookies

This recipe will make up to 6 dozen cookies! This recipe came from my grandma! I also put a little bit of food dye in them so they would be tie dye but that's optional!

Supplies

Here is what you will need:

-3 cups flour -1/2 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp baking soda -1 cup (2 sticks) butter -2 eggs -1 cup sugar

Step 1: Flour, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder

In a large mixing bowl sift together your flour, baking powder, and your baking soda.

Step 2: Butter, Sugar, and Eggs

In a separate bowl mix together your 2 eggs and the sugar, after mixing the eggs and sugar add it to your dry ingredients.

Step 3: Roll the Dough

Next you will wanna roll a spoon full size of dough out and cut them out with any shape of cutter, sprinkle with sugar before baking! Bake at 375 for 8-10 mins! Decorate however you want! Enjoy:)
