Super Easy Balloon Carnival Game! Perfect to Go With Tack Darts!

This will teach you how to make  a super-easy carnival game, that goes perfectly with paper tack darts! (see other instructables)

Step 1: Materials for the Balloon Board

You'll need tape, water balloons, and a piece of cardboard. (you can cut it from a box or something)

Step 2: Building the Balloon Board

First, take water balloons, and blow them up with your mouth*. (if your mouth can't do it, then attach a filler to your balloon and use that to blow into. Do that with as many as you want. Then take each balloon, and tape it to the cardboard**. Also do that with each balloon. Take the soon-to be finished balloon board and tape it to your wall with more tape! You are done!

* Fill and "UN-fill" once to stretch out the balloon better. (so you can blow it up better.
** Not the quickest way, but the easiest.
