Introduction: Support to Charge From Cellphone

Hi guys, welcome back to this new project of fusion 360, I know that sometimes you don't have where to put your mobiles when you want to sleep or when you want to charge them, and the charges lots, or have damage at the moment when you keep. So for that, I want to learn you this, the support to change, where you can put the mobile and charge when you want.

For this we need

-Fusion 360

-Image that we want to design in the project

-RDWorksV8.0

Step 1: Where the Cellphone Goes

For this first part in the axis, X and Y start to draw a rectangle with 150x9, and after that down another one of 9x9.

And with the first one, we have to take a 45-degree turn and try to connect with the tool move, and we got it for the result.

Step 2: Extrude Piece

Once the draw it's finished, we are going to save the sketch and with a double click select all of them, and do the respective extrude that we know. If you read the other tutorial, we know that exist 2 ways to do a extrude.

Well, the easier for you to use, know for the people who don't read the other, one way to do it with double click and in the bar of tool select extrude and with that apply 40 because in this case, we draw the other face of the picture because in the most part of this is just 9 of extrude.

Step 3: Base A

In the Axis X and Z start to draw the Base that has the mission to support the cellphone, with that we need to use the measures that we see up and in the corners apply a curve of 5 for radio.

In the middle of the rectangle we down 10, and there start to do lines that help us to form a rectangle of 40x9. In this hold is where we assemble the first piece with this, to do the other hold where the charge is going to enter we are going to do a separation of 5 and with line make a rectangle of 5x14.

Step 4: Apperance

Now time to put the appearance in the object, for this, with double click and all were select click in appearance and put the most attractive type of wood that you want in your object, that can apply for all, or you can be turn it the type of wood.

And save all that project and continue with the next part.

Step 5: Face a

This is the lateral face, that has a gap for the cable of charge, and for that, we need to measure if our charge it's a little special, but normally it's the same for all. so just take note of the measure that we have there. And continue with the plane that is easy, because this face can we duplicate and close the gap that we there.

Step 6: Insert a Pic

In this new face that we copy, we are going to insert a pic in this case, is not necessarily a specific pic, you need to choose the pic of your preference, remember that your pic needs to be in PNG. With the transparent background.

Step 7: Draw With Tool Spline

And start to draw inside of the pic that we select, with the tool spline, and in the process it's doesn't matter if we put a lot of pictures because that point it's can move before and can delete them too. If it so much for the pic and don't help in anything.

Step 8: Lateral Face

This piece will be using two times, and it not require to do a lot of things, just put the top and bottom extension. And do the extrude and insert the appearance.

Step 9: Base B

This goes to close the box below, and it doesn't have to be too much work if you lent attention it would be too easy and fast to finish to close this and proceed to do the extrude.

Step 10: Assemble

This the last step to finish all, and is trying to assemble the teeth with the gaps, where the piece needs to go and be careful, with the position of the axis, it's can make confusing sometimes, when it's turned to a different position. More often that not happened, but see very well, where you want to put them.

Step 11: Put the Correct Numbers

The face when we realize the draw and have it in our document in DXF, we are going to insert this in RDWorksV8.8 to do the simulation and put the correct numbers of the velocity of cut and the potence that this need to have.

Step 12: See the Simulation

And in this part when we click on the Tv screen of the tool, we can see the simulation, and corroborate that ours numbers are correct.

Step 13: Inventable

Another option that we have to see and watch the previous plane of how at the machine cut the piece at the end, and also ser to create too the same plane there.
