Introduction: Sweet & Hot Burger

This is a fantastic burger to add to your menu! This burger is sweet and hot. The first time I made it my kids looked at me in disbelief. But I am telling you it became a family favorite!

What we need:

Hamburger (pre made patties or ground beef to be formed to make patties)

Hamburger buns


Sriracha sauce

Peanut butter

Pinapple (chunks or rings)

Step 1: Make Your Patties. We Are Grilling These Because It Is Summertime!

Make your patties. Not too thick, we want to make sure they are cooked and not raw in the middle. But, make them how ever you want. I won't judge you.

Step 2: Preheat the Grill.

Preheat the grill while making the patties to save time.

Step 3: Grill the Burger.

Remember: "Grill marks, Bud". We want to have good flavor.

Step 4: Mix the Sauce

We want to mix Mayonaise and Sriracha to make the hot part of the burger. 1:1 is warm enough, but mix them to your flavor.

Step 5: MMMMMmmmmmmmm......that Looks Yummy

Hey, why not toast the buns to make them even better.

Step 6: Now Here Is Part of the Secret....

Add creamy peanut butter to the bun. This will add to the creamy texture of the sandwich. Remember, this is a new experience for you to try. Go on, try it!

Add the hot sauce to the pattie.

Step 7: Add Pineapple to the Sandwhich.

This is the sweet part to counter the hot of the sriracha. It is also cool to the tongue. Rings or chunks will work.

Step 8: Enjoy!!

Eat with side of your choice and a cold drink.
