Step 1: Cut the Board Into Strips

cut the stips in 13 in with chop saw

Step 2: Glue the Boards Together

the glued 11 boards together and put clamps on them to hold them and let them sit a day

Step 3: Rounded Corners on Bandsaw

use something to draw a rounded corner the cut corner with band saw

Step 4: Plane and Sand

take out of clamps and plane down both sides till flat no scratches and sand till smooth with 80,120,180,240
