Introduction: Tempered Soup

Ingredients

  • Dhal
    Carrot
  • Cabbage
  • Chick pea(Soaked over night)
  • Tomato
  • Potato
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Green bean
  • Cheese slice
  • Dried prawn
  • Okra
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Pepper powder
  • Instant noodle
  • Corn Powder
  • Olive oil
  • Curry leaves

Step 1: Cut Vegetables

Cut vegetables as mentioned in the picture.

Step 2: MakeTempered Mixture

Add two table spoon of olive oil into the pan. Then add chopped garlic, chopped prawns, curry leaves, salt and allow them to fry.

Step 3: Add Vegetables Into the Pan

Then add vegetables into the pan and add water to cover vegetables.Add salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder.Then allow it to boil.

Step 4: Add Corn Flour

Once vegetables get boiled add two table spoons of corn flour into the soup. It gives thickness to the soup.

Step 5: Add Instant Nuddle

Add instant nuddle into the soup just after add corn flour.

Step 6: Add Cheese Slice

Add cheese slice once nuddle get boiled nicely. Then allow it to melt and mix well. Now the soup is ready to serve.

Step 7: Enjoy It

Enjoy hot soup.
