-any knife

-a towel

-a sharpie (any color)

-tennis balls

Step 1: Dry

dry the bottle with the towel

Step 2: Sharpie

draw the holes and remove label

Step 3: Cut

cut the holes

Step 4: Insert

put the tennis balls in,if you need cut more dispensing hole

Step 5: Enjoy
