this will tell you how to make a tetrahedral kite! (3D kite) you will need the following items...

Supplies

scissors

280 yards of string

64 straws

tape

tissue paper

Step 1: Threading Through

you will need to thread string through 3-5 straws, cut the thread, and tie the string. this will be 2 of your sides. make sure you have enough string to thread through one more straw. tie the last straw on.

Step 2: Repeat 9 More Times

Step 3: Put the Pyramid on Tissue Paper and Draw the Triangle.

do this and then flip the pyramid and repeat, forming a rhombus shape on the paper. cut it out and tape onto shape.

Step 4:

once done, tie all the pyramids together, making sure you have them all faced the same way.

(don't forget to tie on the rest of the string and what it's connected to!!)

Step 5: Fly!!!
