Intro: The Clothespin Boat

This boat is really fun to build and floats really well. It fixes itself if it tips over too!



Required things:

Scotch tape
16 clothespins
3 straws

Required tools:

None

STEP 1:

Grab your clothespins and put them on one of the straws in this pattern. Keep doing this until you reach the end of the straw.

STEP 2:

It should look like this.

STEP 3:

Put two straws on the sides. Push them towards the center until tight.

STEP 4:

Tape the top of the boat to keep it together a little more.

STEP 5:

You're done! The finished boat should look like this.
