Step 1: Mixing of Dry and Wet Seperately and Then Together
Mix Dry Ingredients
Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly combined.
Add Wet Ingredients
Add the eggs, milk, oil, and butter.
Mix on medium speed for about two minutes.
Pour in the container
