Introduction: The Most Radical Guacamole You'll Ever Make

Create a delicious dip in minutes with this easy recipe!

Step 1: Gather Your Materials

2 Avocados

1 Tomato

1 Dollop of Sour Cream

1 Teaspoon Lime Juice

1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

1 Fork

1 Bowl

1 Knife

1 Tablespoon

1 Cutting Board

Step 2: Getting Started

Pull long hair back, no one wants to find a hair in their guac.

Wash your hands and don't skimp on the soap, who knows where your hands have been?

Step 3: Let's Cook Up a Storm!

Cut the avocados in half and take the seed out of the middle, scoop the "guts" out of the skins with a spoon. Put this in your bowl and discard the seeds and skins.

Step 4: Tomato-tastic!

Dice up your tomato! I prefer to use only half the tomato because I'm not a huge fan of the fruit (or vegetable?). Feel free to use however much you'd like! Add the diced pieces to your bowl with the avocados.

Step 5: Sour the Cream, Lime the Juice, and Garlic the Salt!

You're getting close! Add a dollop of sour cream to your bowl, and then add the lime juice and salt. If you like a saltier flavor, you can add more, but be sure not to over-salt!

Step 6: Mix That Bad Boy Up!

I've found use a fork to mash the ingredients together works best.

Step 7: Serve and Enjoy!

You now have a tasty dip you can serve! You can share with friends or keep it all to yourself. I enjoy guac with tortilla chips, but it's also good with various other foods such as: burritos, tacos, and burgers!
