Hi there, Organikmechanic, I cannot find any further mention of the outcome of this experiment, in particular, how was the yield? Better than just earthing up several times as per a typical potato planter? Would love to know if the trick of keeping some early shoots uncovered, outside the planter, had a noticeable effect. Hello.You're working too hard ! Have just a couple of plants in your planter,and as they grow,add more soil.A lot of sawdust mixed in will make it easier to handle,come harvest time.
