Traffic Light ( Germany and Brazil )

Traffic light in Germany move from green to yellow, to red and the same way back. In Brazil to avoid that people start driving on the yellow and have an accident with people crossing on yellow, they move straight from red to green ...

So I wanted to simulate that in arduino
