Trip Alarm

Hi,

This is an easy to make trip-alarm that I designed.

Anyone can make this trip-alarm as this is very cheap.

Step 1: Materials Needed

The Materials needed are

• 9 volts battery with clip
• 1 Buzzer
• 2 strips of aluminium foil
• 1 small box
• 1 plastic clip (used to dry cloths)
• craft stick ( with hole in it)
• Fishing wire(Fishing wire or any other transparent wires are recommended as they are less visible).
• 1 cardboard piece(5 cm * 5 cm)

Step 3: Base

Take the 9 volt battery with clip and stick it inside the box using double sided tape

Step 4: Connecting Buzzer to Battery

Take the buzzer and join the negative end (black wire) of battery clip to

negative end of buzzer (black wire) using tape. Stick the buzzer outside
the box.

Step 5:

wrap the ends of the plastic clips with aluminium foil.

Step 6:

Stick the one end of aluminium foil to positive end (red wire) of
battery clip and the other end of aluminium foil to positive end
(red colour) of buzzer using tape or by soldering. Keep the
insulator in between the ends of plastic clip.

Step 7:

Make a medium sized hole at the side of the box.
Put the long wire trough the hole of the insulator
and put a knot(I did not have a fishing wire).

Step 8:

The other end of the long wire should be attached
to the small piece of cardboard(5 cm*5 cm).

Step 9: Final Step

Now using double sided tape, stick the box and the cardboard between a door.
