Made from leftover turkey and ramen noodles.
Step 1: Ingredients
Leftover turkey, I used the breast and tenders
Frozen broccolli
Ramen noodle package
Soy Sauce
Corn starch
Step 2: The Ramen
Boil your water and add the seasoning packet, your noodles, and the frozen broccoli.
Stir the broccoli into the water and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Your Sauce
In cup Take 1/2 cup of cold water and stir in 1 tablespoon of corn starch stir until completely dissolved.
Now stir into your noodles broccoli mixture and again bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes or until your sauce starts to thicken. The bubbles will last longer the thicker it gets.
Step 4: Your Turkey
While your sauce thickens
Spray an appropriately sized skillet with the the nonstick cooking spray and begin frying your turkey
Step 5: When Turkey Met Ramen
With your frying pan hot carefully pour your ramen and broccoli into your skillet and begin stiring, as to not let any noodles stay too long on any one part of your skillet. only 2-3 minutes and then serve!
Step 6: Plating
Just plate and add soy sauce to taste oooooooooh good stuff!
