De https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bons%C3%A1i, Bonsái (盆栽 bonsái?) es una palabra de origen japonés que significa literalmente bon = "bandeja" + sai = "cultivar" (aunque etimológicamente procede del término chino 盆栽, penzai, que significa pén = "cuenco" + zāi = "planta") y consiste en el arte de cultivar árboles y plantas, normalmente arbustos, controlando su tamaño para que permanezca de un tamaño muy inferior al natural, mediante técnicas, como el trasplante, la poda, el alambrado, el pinzado, etc., y modelando su forma para crear un estilo que nos recuerde una escena de la naturaleza. Es indisociable de la maceta, ya que el bonsái se entiende como el conjunto que conforman árbol y maceta.
Pero claro en los tiempos modernos, los departamentos no tienen mucho espacio...¿No tienen?, ojo, miren bien, siempre hay un lugar, un rincón que no se aprovechó, o una esquina que no se sabe como vestir.
Tengo 3 Bonsái, pero cuando llegaron a la casa, comenzaron a deambular hasta que mirando a un rincón por encima de sillón, un día de sol, descubrí que la esquina estaba muy vacía y se me ocurrió: porque no un estantecito, solo para el Bonsái?.
Como siempre digo, no soy carpintero, por ende, si yo puedo hacerlo, cualquiera puede. No se necesitan muchas herramientas, claro que es más fácil con ellas, como tampoco es necesario comprar madera, si buscan seguro hay una maderera que tira sus restos, entre ellos está este estante.

I have 3 Bonsai, but when they got to the house, they began to wander until looking at a corner above the armchair, one sunny day, I discovered that the corner was very empty and it occurred to me: why not a little shelf, just for him Bonsai ?.
As I always say, I am not a carpenter, therefore, if I can do it, anyone can. You do not need many tools, of course it is easier with them, nor is it necessary to buy wood, if you are looking for sure there is a lumber company that throws away your remains, among them is this shelf.

Step 1: Estantería Para Bonsai De Madera Reciclada ( Bonsai Shelf Made of Recycled Wood)
Para empezar, midamos el tamaño de la maceta, si, tenemos muchas, busquemos la más grande. El promedio de tamaño será de 20 a 25cm de largo y ancho y de unos 2cm de espesor, por ello, los pedazos de distinto tamaño. y color son bienvenidos, lo importante es que la suma de las piezas no exceda el ancho y el largo que establezcamos, probemos con distintas configuraciones, hasta encontrar la ideal. Una aclaración, mi decisión fue dejar uno de los bordes, que queda a la vista, de forma despareja, mientras que los otros tres lados, dejarlos alineados, 2 de ellos, porque serán los que apoyarán sobre las paredes que forman el rincón, el tercero solo de vista.
Cuando finalmente tenemos todas las maderas para formar el estante, procedemos a pegar todas las maderas apoyando todas de la forma más plana posible sobre una de las caras.
Adicionalmente busqué 4 maderas de 2 cm de lado, y el largo, como para formar una rectángulo que no sobrepase el desnivel más corto del estante. Más adelante, cuando les explique como lo amuré, podrán entender para qué.
Acto seguido, pegué todas las maderas.

When we finally have all the woods to form the shelf, we proceed to glue all the woods supporting all of them as flat as possible on one of the faces.
Additionally, I looked for 4 pieces of wood of 2 cm on each side, and the length, as if to form a rectangle that does not exceed the shortest unevenness of the shelf. Later, when I explain how I taped it, they will understand why.
Then I glued all the woods.
Step 2: Lijando, Tapando Daños, Lijando...(Sanding, Covering Damage, Sanding ...)
Cuando la cola, quedó seca, procedí a lijar todas las caras del estante, como del rectángulo que formé.
Me aseguré de buscar daños (pozos, huecos, etc, en la madera), las cuales fui reparando con una combinación de cola y aserrín, el cual junté de la primera pasada de lija. Como buscaba que el estante posea distintos colores, el aserrín, claramente estaba compuesto por diferentes maderas, lo que no permitía que pasase desapercibido el daño que existía en las madera, pero no afectaba, pues buscaba que no fuera uniforme.
Luego del lijado, buscaba más daños, los reparaba, esperaba a que secara, y volvía a lijar, pero bajando el grano en cada proceso, al final, la superficie quedará totalmente lisa y pareja.

I made sure to look for damage (holes, holes, etc., in the wood), which I was repairing with a combination of glue and sawdust, which I gathered from the first pass of sandpaper. As I wanted the shelf to have different colors, the sawdust was clearly made up of different woods, which did not allow the damage that existed in the wood to go unnoticed, but it did not affect, because I wanted it to be uneven.
After sanding, I looked for more damages, repaired them, waited for it to dry, and sanded again, but lowering the grain in each process, in the end, the surface will be completely smooth and even.
Step 3: Uniendo El Estante Con El Rectángulo (Joining the Shelf With the Rectangle)
El rectángulo, lo pegué en la base del estante, ajustando el filo del estante al del rectángulo, en los tres lados donde son parejos.
Y para que este rectángulo?. pues bien, la idea es fijar el estante por dos de los lados (recuerden que va sobre una esquina), más un triángulo que ejercerá de tercer pared.
Cuando la cola se secó, procedí a lijar toda la pieza junta, para alinear los tres cantos, rellenando los huecos que se pudieran formar entre ambas piezas.
Cuando finalmente todo está listo para ser laqueado, tomé las medidas, las trasladé a la pared, procurando que los tarugos queden alineados en ambas caras de la pared, y posteriormente agujerear la madera. Una prueba de presentación (sin agregar peso), para verificar que todo está alineado, entonces recién en ese momento procedí a taladrar un triangulo donde apoyaría el estante, marqué la pared, puse los tarugos, y procedí a laquear ambas piezas, por tolos los cantos.

When the glue dried, I proceeded to sand the entire piece together, to align the three edges, filling in the gaps that could be formed between both pieces. When everything is finally ready to be lacquered, I took the measurements, transferred them to the wall, ensuring that the dowels are aligned on both sides of the wall, and subsequently drill holes in the wood. A presentation test (without adding weight), to verify that everything is aligned, then just at that moment I proceeded to drill a triangle where the shelf would support, I marked the wall, put the dowels, and proceeded to lacquer both pieces, by all the songs.
Step 4: Y El Bonsái Llegó a Su Destino Final (And the Bonsai Reached Its Final Destination)
Cuando la laca se secó, coloqué la repisa en su lugar, agregué el triangulo, asegurándome que el estante apoye firmemente; pensé que encolar el estante al triángulo, pero finalmente deseché la idea.
Coloqué el Bonsái sobre el estante (que está dentro de un recipiente plástico para que no choree, que seguramente cubriré con alguna pieza impresa en 3D, me serví un té verde en hebras, y me senté en el sillón a contemplar la naturaleza.
