Supplies
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 spoon
- Teaspoon and Tablespoon to measure
- 1 bottle of Elmer’s 6oz glitter glue
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 ½ tablespoons of contact solution (note: contact solution must contain boric acid and sodium borate)
- Foam beads
Step 1: Gather Listed Materials
Step 2: Add Glue to Bowl
Empty One Bottle of Elmer’s Glitter Glue Into your Bowl
Step 3: Add Baking Soda and Mix
Add ½ teaspoon of baking soda into the bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 4: Add Contact Solution and Mix
Add ½ tablespoon of contact solution to bowl and mix together
Step 5: Add Even More Contact Solution
Add another ½ tablespoon of contact solution to the bowl and mix thoroughly again
Step 6:
Once ingredients are mixed in take slime out of bowl and kneed the slime. Slime should be very sticky at this point but this is normal, keep kneading for about 5-10 minutes.
*Note: If your slime becomes too sticky add another ½ tablespoon of contact solution
Step 7: Put Slime Back in Bowl
Once slime is kneaded place back into the bowl you’ve already used
Step 8: Add Foam Beads
Slowly add foam beads to the slime and mix the two together. Use caution when adding beads because these beads can easily roll away
Step 9: Add Even More Beads
You can now add more foam beads by flattening the slime a bit and adding beads to the center of the mix and folding slime over the beads
Step 10: Enjoy Your Slime!
Once beads and slime are mixed you are finished! Enjoy your unicorn slime!
*Pro tip: To make your Unicorn Floam Slime last longer store it in plastic tupperware
