simple print suction clamp that requires compressor or vacuum pump to run

Bill of materials:

  1. M3 x 10mm (x8) for attaching the top
  2. M3 x 22mm (x2) to attach the valve
  3. Male Thread Quick Release Connectors Coupler 1/4" BSP (depends on your setup)
  4. 6mm Tube to 1/4 BSPT Push Lock
  5. 1/4 Turn 6mm Pipe Fitting Coupler Valve (I designed the holes for this specific
  6. Air Compressor Hose Pipe (6mm OD)
  7. PC6-01 Pneumatic Connector
  8. Solid Foam Rubber Round at 8mm
  9. Vacuum generator (if you are using a compressor)

Step 1: Compressor Vs Vac Pump Setup

The supplies are a bit different depending if you have a compressor or a vac pump.

Step 2: 3D Printed Parts

These parts are for 3D printing. The Vac-body-01 requires support turned on. This fits on prusa MK3, MK4, Bambu Lap P1 and so on.
