Where is this instructable? I like to know it but I only see 3 instructibles on yout profile and none of them has anything to do with avocados or buns.

Oh wait, it was on my other Instructables account!

Oh funny. I was thinking you made avocado buns as the picture shows the buns being green. Nevertheless, looks tasty and I will try it. Thanks!

Yes! Well, we peeled avocado and removed the pit. Avocado buns are much healthier and look better than bread slices, right? Oh, if you make it, we'll love to see it! Tag us on Instagram @cookingjourneyblog or if you don't use Instagram, our twitter @cooking_journey

Well it depends. I make all my own food from scratch. One of the things I've learned is to make breads with Ancient Grains and not using any yeast. So that is pretty healthy. I also adore making Naan from Einkorn flour and yogurt; throwing it on the Tandoori oven to cook. Avocados are one of my favorite foods though. You've combined a lot of tasty elements within the recipe that does not really require a bun. Thank you again.

And WOW! A recipe without garlic and onions - Bless you!

Haha, if anyone needs more garlic here, it is possible to add garlic powder to the raw patty mixture, but we love it this way!

I also. Garlic and onions are so toxic to your system. But it seems the thing that people want to do nowadays. It is such a delight when I occasionally run across someone that knows how to infuse flavor with herbs and other spices. It shows the prowess of an accomplished cook.

I'm definitely not vegan, but this actually looks tasty. Thanks for sharing. I'll have to try preparing this for my sister who eats in a manner more closely akin to a vegan diet.

Welcome to the world of the vegan who knows no such thing as boxed, frozen and canned food - LOL. Everything we make turns into a big production. Sometimes when I am very tired I muse how nice it must be to reach in the freezer and pull out a frozen pizza.
