Introduction: Wall Mallet Holder

This Instructable is for a lightweight easy to make mallet holder. Either its a hammer, mallet, axe, etc. It can hold it. This simple tutorial will help you make it in no time and will help organize any area you need.

Supplies

Supplies:

Computer (with tinkercad)

Glowforge machine

1/2 cm thick wood (optional/recommended)

Hot Glue Gun with Glue

Nails (optional)

Drill (optional)

Paint (optional)

Step 1: 3D Design

Designing part 1: Go to tinkercad and create a rectangle with 157.48 mm length, 114.3 mm width, and 3.71 mm height.

Step 2: 3D Design 2

Designing part 2: Make two skinny rectangles with 88.9 mm length, 25 mm width, and 5 mm height. (Letter on holder is optional).

Step 3: 3D Design 3

Designing Part 3: Put two holes into the large rectangle at distance of choice with 25 mm length and the width has to be as thick as the material your cutting with.

Step 4: Export

Export: Click export in the top right and then download as a .SVG File.

Step 5: Glowforge

Glowforge: Go to App.Glowforge.com and create a new design then upload the Tinkercad .SVG. Then Print it out.

Step 6: Glue and Paint

Glue and Paint: Collect the laser cut pieces and hot glue them together. Painting them is optional. You can Nail the holder into your wall or use any means you like.
