Supplies

Ingredients:

• 150–200 g beef

• 2 fresh cucumbers

• 1 bell pepper

• ½ bunch of parsley

• 4–6 stalks of green onion

• 1 salad onion

• Salt and black pepper to taste

• ½ tsp red pepper

• 2 tsp sweet paprika

• 1 tsp ground coriander

• 2 garlic cloves

• 2 tbsp soy sauce

• 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Step 1:

Sear the beef until golden brown.

Step 2:

Slice all the veggies.

Step 3:

At the end, add the spices and pour hot oil over them. Serve warm and enjoy!
