What Is the Color of the Light?/¿De Qué Color Es La Luz?

This simple project serves as an activity for children of all ages to discover the world.

Supplies

We will need few materials:

• Green, red and yellow cellophane paper
• 3 white light bulbs
• Elastic rubber bands
• Darkness

Necesitaremos pocos materiales:

• Papel celofán verde, rojo y amarillo
• 3 bombillas de luz blanca
• Gomas elásticas
• Oscuridad

Step 1: Put the Paper in the Lamps/Colocar El Papel En Las Lámparas

Simply place the cellophane paper around the bulbs using the rubber bands, covering well the part where the light comes out.

Simplemente hay que colocar el papel celofán alrededor de las bombillas usando las gomas elásticas, cubriendo bien la parte por donde sale la luz.

Step 2: Turn Off the Lights/Apaga Las Luces

Just turn off the lights in the room and turn on the lamps. You have to look at the effect of the three lamps on and play by turning off 2 colors or 1, so that you can see the differences when certain colors are missing.

Solo tienes que apagar las luces de la sala y encender las lámparas. Hay que observar el efecto de las tres lámparas encendidas e ir jugando apagando 2 colores o 1, para que se vean las diferencias cuando faltan ciertos colores.
