You will need:
Water balloons
Chocolate (White and Plain)
Whipped cream
Icecream (of your choice)
Toppings (I'm using Gummy bears chocoalte shavings and
strawberries)
Tools:
Cling Film
A plate
Scissors
Freezer
A microwave

Step 1:

First, Blow up the water ballons, and tye a knot in them.
You use water balloons because they are smaller.

Step 2:

Then melt the chocolate for this you put the normal
chocoalte onto milk chocolate you can make a pattern (Or use whatever chocolate you have)
(Picture) And dip the ballons in half way, then place
them onto the clingfilm(plate) (Make sure you
don't use all the chocolate!)

Pop them in the freezer for 10mins...

Get them out of the freezer and Cafefully remove them,
and re-dip them. Put them back on the tray and into the
freezer for another 10 mins.

Cut the top of the ballons of and peel them of, some may
stick, so you might have to pull them off.

Step 3:

Then fill them up! First you can start with a layer of what ever you want at the top (like strawberries)
then put the icecream in, and put whipped cream on top then more toppings and you could put some chocolate shavings on it,

How to make shavings:
You need a potato peeler and some chocolate, make sure the chocolate is not to hard because it will break.
scrape the potato peeler across the chocolate, to get... Chocolate Shavings!

And then.. Dig in! The good thing is you can even eat the bowl!
