Wheelchair Tie Fighter Inspired Costume

A tie fighter designed to fit a wheelchair for Halloween.

Supplies

We used cardboard, black acrylic paint, grey paper, hot glue, duct tape, and fairy lights.

Step 1: Frame

We measured, cut, and assembled PVC pipes, carefully gluing them together to construct a frame designed to fit around a wheelchair.

Step 2: Attach Wings

We cut the cardboard into elongated hexagons and secured them to the PVC pipe frame.

Step 3: Paint and Paper

We painted the cardboard with black acrylic paint and added light gray paper details using tape to complete the design.

Step 4:

We used hot glue to secure fairy lights along the edges of the wings.

Step 5:

We attached the wings to the frame, completing the project.

Step 6:

I don't know if I have permission to show pictures of out client but, it fit perfectly with his wheelchair once we attached it.
