Introduction: White Chocolate Brownies
These brownies taste divine, and is made with pearl millet and wholewheat flours. This makes it healthy too.
Ingredients:
White chocolate chunks – 3/4 cup
Butter – 1/2 cup
Oil – 1/4 cup
Bajra (pearl millet) flour – 3/4 cup
Wholewheat flour – 1/4 cup
Sugar – 1/4 cup (as my chocolate slabs are sweetened)
Eggs - 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Vanila essence – 1 tsp
Dark chocolate shavings – 1/4 cup
Step 1: Grease and Line a Sqaure Cake Tin.
Step 2: Melt the White Chocolate and Butter by Double Boil Method.
That is, heat little water in a container. Place chocolate and butter in another bigger container. Place the second container over the first and ensure that it doesn't touch the boiling water beneath.
Step 3: Add Oil, Vanilla Essence, and Sugar to This, and Mix Well.
Step 4: Now, Separately Whisk the Eggs Lightly.
Step 5: Add Them to the Wet Mixture.
Step 6: In a Bowl, Sieve Together the Millet Flour, Wholewheat Flour, Salt and Baking Powder.
Step 7: Preheat the Oven to 170 Degree Centigrade.
Step 8: Add the Flour Mixture Slowly to the Wet Ingredients, Mixing in Between, Until Well Combined.
Step 9: Now Pour the Batter to the Prepared Tin and Tap Lightly Against the Counter.
Step 10: Sprinkle the Dark Chocolate Shavings on the Top.
Step 11: Bake for 20-25 Minutes.
Step 12: Allow to Cool, Slice and Enjoy the Chocolatey Bites.
