Several years ago, while my sisters and I were on our annual "womens" week" out, we purchased some chedder/horseradish cheeese. I played around with the recipe and came up with this version.

Step 1: White Sharp Chedder Cheese Horseradish Dip

Ingredients:

4 ounces of sharp white chedder cheese, grated

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened to room temperature

4 Tbsp fresh ground horseradish

2 Tbsp granulated sugar

2 Tbsp mayonaise

1 Tbsp white vinegar

Crackers of choice

Step 2: White Sharp Chedder Cheese Horseradish Dip

Tools:

Bowl, medium size

Bowl, small

Electric hand mixer

Spatula

Measuring spoon

Cheese grater

Step 3: White Sharp Chedder Cheese Horserdish Dip

We grow our own horseradish, but you could purchase it. Be sure to get plain horseradish not the creamy kind.

Put the horseradish, sugar, mayonaise and vinegar in a small bowl and mix with the spatula until well combined.

Combine the shredded chedder and the cream cheese. Using the mixer, blend the cheeses together. Add the remaining ingredients, except the crackers, and mix thoroughly.

When ready to serve, let cheese come to room temperature. Serve on snack cracker of choice.

Rice crackers were what I happened to have when I made the instructable, but any cracker will do.

I had one gentleman who said even though he doesn't like horseradish, he liked this combination.
