Introduction: Why Not to Buy From BANGGOOD (quick Tips for Online Buying)

This is my experience from buying on Banggood.com

I will tell you my story and if you have any questions just write them in comment, I will try to help you if I can.

So let's begin.

I ordered smartphone from their site on 04/06/2014 and it was shipped a day later. Everything was perfect.

On their site they claim they will deliver the item in 7-25 business days. After a week, my tracking number was online, and I was feeling happy.

But after 29 business days, item was far away from my country and I opened paypal dispute on 05/15/2014. I thought that this would be over soon, but no.

I gave a seller 5 days to respond to dispute, but he didn't.

I had no choice but to escalate it to. Seller got 10 days to respond. In meanwhile, I've sent them several e-mail's that I wish to resolve this quick and easy. They did not respond to my e-mail's and they responded to paypal on the end of day 10. I was feeling quite tricked by then.

When I was ordering, I payed for 2 things - a smartphone and a service.

The service was terriable, smartphone has not arrived after 40 business days and seller was not responding.

After they responded on day 10, I've got 4 days to respond(even I did not need to).

So it was time for paypal to decide.

After 6 days more, seller responded that he sees I've openned the case.

I told him that I wish a full refund, and after several messages he agreed to give me refund after 72hours.

So I waited.

Refund did not arrive and after 96 hours they sent me 2 e-mails(see picture)

That day,they tried to trick me to close the case, and after I said I won't close it, they send me a picture of claim saying they can't refund if case isn't closed (see picture).

After all of this, I was determined to write few reviews and turtorials like this, just to warn people of Banggood.

Only 2 day's later, after several e-mails and 2 months and 4 days of waiting they finally gave up and gave me a refund.

So to conclude, they are a group of lying basterds,trying to trick you just to earn some money.

If I closed the case, I would certalny not get a refund.

So, this short story was not about the speed of post office (even if I blame them too), this was about after-sale service from Banggood, which will try to trick you in any way if anything becomes wrong with shippment.

Step 1: ​Quick Tips:

1.Don't buy from Banggood.

2.If you did buy from them ( you fool :) ) and there is a problem, DO NOT close case before refund.

3.Be persistent, write you want a full refund in every e-mail.

4.Take a closer look at every picture I posted, there is a chance you will get a e-mail like this.

5.Inform yourself about your rights (google it).

6.Before buying, google about seller, inform yourself.

7.Don't forget to open dispute if item does not arrive (you have 45 days after paying - 90 days for ebay).

8. If there is a note on seller site that there isn't a refund, do not trust it.
