Introduction: Wibibbles
Named meaning Wiggly Bobbles, this is a series of mini figure/ desk pets that wiggle and wobble. Each Wibibbles has its own animal theme and matching color scheme. The see through ball also allows for a fun puzzle like experience, where you have to find the special beads and charms inside.
For example: in Barely the Bear there are little salmon and in Fez the Fox there are little berries.
Inspired by the classic weeble-wobble toys of the late 20th century (1970s)

Supplies
- Clear plastic Christmas ornaments
- Assorted colored pearl beads
- Assorted colored star beads
- Assorted color flower and leaf bead
- Plastic berry inclusions
- Plastic fish inclusions
- Metal weighted beads
- Polymer clay
- Acrylic paint
- Matte Varnish
- HMA Adhesive
Step 1: Filling
- Beads are sorted by character theme and weighed so one is not heavier than the other
- They are then funneled into the clear ornaments
Step 2: Sculpting
- The cap of the ornament is removed
- The "body" of the characters are hollow and made to fit to the top of the ball
- With the correct body proportions set, the detail work of making the heads and arms can be done
- Once all the parts are made they are assembled together making the bear and fox
Step 3: Baking
- The clay is then fired in a toaster oven
Step 4: Painting
- Despite the clay being white in color, after firing it is more of an offwhite
- Therefore a base coat of white acrylic paint must be applied to prevent streaks and variation in the opacity of the color coat
- After the color coat is applied and each animal is detailed they are sealed with a matte varnish to prevent chipping
Step 5: Assembling
- Finally the animals are glued to the filled clear ornaments where they can wobble back and forth till their hearts' content
