In this Instructable I will teach you how you can add RECYCLE BIN and CONTROL PANEL to My Computer Folder.
open up windows registry editor by typing "regedit" in the run menu.
Then follow up simple steps.

Step 1: Open the Registry Editor and Navigate to Below Registry Hive

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MyComputer\NameSpace

Step 2: Creating a New Key

Now right click on NameSpace and select NEW > KEY and rename it as following value inside flower brackets including the brackets
The name that you give to the key will depend on what you wish to add to My Computer
Recycle Bin: {645FF040 - 5081- 101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
Control Panel: { 26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}
(above used 0 are zero's and not alphabet O)
