Introduction: Wooden Pumpkins
It's Halloween and what better decoration to decorate your porch than a pumpkin but not just any pumpkin a wooden pumpkin.
Step 1: Cutting
This is my first project I have done in my new shed it's not the best sense I don't have a circular saw. But the first thing you do cut 2 boards for the face and base 5 and a half inches by 5 and a half inches, then for the face I used a more nice looking wood aspen wood it's 5 and a half by 5 and and all the sides cut to 5 by 5.
Step 2: Sanding
Simply sand all edges so they are precise and smooth.
Step 3: Drilling
I just measured about where the face holes should go with a square then drilled them out, and drilled the holes from the base to the sides.
Step 4: Screwing and Wood Filler
I then simply screwed it all together and also added some wood filler.
Step 5: Top Insert
I also added on a little insert to keep the top on
Step 6: Painting
Your almost done after that do a little sanding then get some orange spray paint and spray it up I put about 5 light coats on it also screwed a little stem on it and painted it green.
