Wooden Statue

This project shows you how to make a wooden statue of a person from a block of wood.

You will need a:
 - saw
 - block of wood

Step 1: Select a Block of Wood

This is how a block of wood looks like before you start. You must choose a quarter cut of block of wood.

Step 2: Step 1

Start cutting the face of the wooden statue.

Step 3: Step 2

This is how it will look like after you finish sawing the face.

Step 4: Step 3

Saw off the bottom part to create the nose.

Step 5: Step 4

Saw off the top right part.

Step 6: Step 5

Saw off the top left part.

Step 7: Step 6

Saw off the bottom left part to create the left arm.

Step 8: Step 7

Saw off the bottom right part to create the right arm.

Step 9: Step 9

Saw off the triangle at the bottom of the block of wood to form the legs.

Step 10: Final

Now you got a complete statue that can stand and made from 100 % natural material.
