Introduction: Yummy Cup Cakes!

Hi sorry I haven't been on in a longish time but I had school And the school moved so there was a lot of getting used to, And I am bit off timing for my cup cake them but these yummy things can be used on any occasion!

Step 1: Ingredients...

For this yummy craft all you need is;

6oz of self-raising flour

4 1/2oz of unsalted butter

6oz of caster sugar

2 eggs

1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract

3 tablespoons of semi-skimmed or full-fat milk

Chocolate

Mixer/wooden spoon and bowl

Scales

Whisk

Small bowl

Matel spoon

Cup cake cases

If you need the measurements in grams I have edited that over the pictures!

Step 2: Lets Get Started!

First preheat oven to 180*C/350*F/gas 4.

Now put your butter in to the mixer or your bowl and beat it until it is very pale. Gradually add the sugar, then beat thoroughly for about 4 minutes or until light and fluffy!!!

Step 3: Eggs

Crack the eggs in to a bowl add the vanilla extract and beat until mixed completely,then gradually add to you mixture. Make sure to keep scraping the mature from the sides of the bowl so it mixes properly.

Step 4: Flour Not Flowers!

Add the flour to the mixture and fold in to the mixture.

Step 5: Milk

Now add the milk and mix. when the milk is mixed through the mixture half fill 6 of your cup cake cases and add a piece of chocolate then cover and fill the other 6 to the top!

Step 6: Ready...Set...Bake!!!

Place your cup cakes in to the oven to bake for 20 minutes. Every so often check you cakes because they could finish before. When done place them on a cooling tray to cool.

Step 7: Finishing Touches

Now time to add the finishing touches, you can decorate for any occasion, I just melted some candy/chocolate and shapes on grease proof paper let them dry, but before adding roll out some icing and ocular if needed then stick on with hot sugar-water. I based my cakes on halloween! ENJOY!!!
