Step 2: The Spear
for the tip of the spear you need the paper kunai with the top half covered. Then you need to pinch in the sides of the bottom part about 1/3 of the way up then (UPDATE!! see next step for supports) cover in duck tape. wrap the pinched part in several layers of duck tape so it fits in one end of the pvc and just cram it in there. wrap another layer around the bottom of the blade. YYYYAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY YOU'RE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Step 3: Supports
stack six popsicle sticks as shown and tape them together. shove them in the hopefully open end of the spear tip, wrap it in duck tape and shove it in the end to make a snug fit. don't forget to secure it in with more of your duck tape and you're done!!!
Step 4: Go Hunting
now go sneak up on your pets, friends, and relatives and jab them till they bleed }=]
