Step 1: Materials

1. glass vial
2. glow in the dark puffy paint
3. ball chain
4.string chain or ribbon

Step 2: Fill Your Vial

fill your vial with any assortment of puffy paint you want

Step 3: Attach Ball Chain to String Chain or Ribbon

Step 4: Slip Ball Chain Over Vial

make sure ball chain is tight around lip of vial. 

Step 5: Put Lid on and Done
