Intro: Herb and Cheese Bread

In this instructable your will learn how to make an herb and cheese bread that can be made in just a couple hours.

STEP 1: Adding Herbs

first add:
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp ground sage
1 tsp parsly flakes
1/4 tsp chives
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oreangeno

then take in hand and crush, next add 2 cups flower, mix herbs and flour together.  in a seperate bowl add 1 tsp of rapid yeast to 3/4 cup 110 degree water, let sit in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Now add the yeast water to the flour and herb mixure slowly, then add tsp olive oil. Stir until it becomes a dough. 

STEP 2: Kneading the Dough

take some flour and add to a granit counter top or a marble slab then knead dough for 10 minutes. Add to a greased bowl and then cover with plasic and let rise till doubled.

STEP 3: Rolling and Baking the Bread

Now that the bread has risen you can cut in half and strech the bread into a sqaure shape. Then sprinkle a layer of cheese on top, roll it up, and bake it at 400 degrees for ten minutes.

Do you have a picture of it after it's been baked? Might make for a lovely intro image!
It actualy looks very similar to the unbaked bread so that's why I did not put in a picture of it after it was baked.
Wow this is impressive I just took it out of the oven I and it is great! With my house so hot the dough had risen really fast. Best bread ever.
