How to Make a Urban Paradise(Mai Tai)

Step 1: The Ingredients

1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz Light Rum optional
1 oz Orange Curacao
2 oz Orange Juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Dash Orgeat
Dash Simple syrup (bar syrup)

Step 2: Preperation

In a Old Fashioned style glass with ice add light rum, then orange curacao, then juices, orgeat, and top off with Dark Rum. Stir with a swizzle stick. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
