It works only with G-shocks that offer speed measuring like the GA 110

Step 1: Specify Distance

1. switch to the stopwatch mode

2. hold the adjust button to specify a distance value between 0.0 and 99.9. By pushing the reverse or forward button you can change the value. The distance value represents miles, kilometers or any other distance unit you want

Step 2: Measuring Speed

3. After specifying the distance value, press the adjust button to exit the setting mode

4. Use the stopwatch function

5. speed is indicated in units (which are set by yourself when specifying the distance) per hour on 3 displays of the watch (see picture)
