Step 1: Ingredients

1.Green peas and chick pea
2.Turmeric powder
3.chilly powder.
4.Salt
5.curry leaves
6.green chilly
7.carrot.
9.onion
10.Ghee and butter
11.paneer

Step 2: Making

Place tawa into the stove and boil water for 5 to 10 minutes
put peas into the water remove the water once peas are half boiled.
Mix chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and fried onion and grind it.
Put some ghee into tawa along with butter.
Put the mixed masala into it. Once it roasted put peas and fry it for 10 min.
Put some paneer flakes into it. Or cheese flakes also good.
Mix it well and add some carrot and onion flakes with curry leaves.
That's it.
