Step 1: Stuff.

All you need is:

Acorns

Glitter

Paintbrush

Modpodge/glue

Piece of paper

Step 2: Making the Acorns

To make the acorns, simply paint the glue on the bottom part of the acorn. Sprinkle the glitter on, and use the paper under it so you can recycle the glitter.

Let the acorn dry and do it again in a different color of glitter on the cap part of the acorn.

Step 3: What to Do With Them?!?!

I think they would be really cute in a jar as table decorations. Or you could glue them to a picture frame. Get creative.

Hope you enjoyed this!!!

These are so not useless. You can use these and make a nature wreath to wear on your head (or your daughter's), you can combine them in a shallow glass bowl and display them on a table or counter for the fall season. I think this idea is tooooo cute.

I love this idea!! My husband happens to do landscaping, so I just called him and asked him to find me some acorns since we live in an apt & have no acorns. :)
