Introduction: Bacon-Jalapeño Cheese Ball
Here is a very simple cheese ball made with Bacon and Jalapeño peppers.
The best thing about cheese balls is that you can add what ever suits your desire.
So feel free to add, subtract from this recipe, but please make sure you keep the BACON
Step 1: Ingredients
2 cups cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Pinch of cayenne
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 jalapeños, stems and seeds removed, diced, divided
6 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled,
Salt (Bacon Salt)

Step 2: Cook That Bacon
Enough said. Make it crispy.
Step 3:
Dice jalapeños.
Remove stems and seeds
Step 4: Cheeeeeeeese
Grate about 1/2 of cheddar cheese
Step 5: Mix It All Up.
Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, half of the jalapeños, about two pieces of broken up bacon, garlic, cumin, cayenne,lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce. season with bacon salt. https://www.instructables.com/id/Bacon-Salt-Two-Easy-Methods/
Stir it all up
Step 6: Form and Chill
Form a ball shape with the mixture, and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Step 7: Almost Done.
Mix up the rest of the broken up bacon and peppers for the coating.
Step 8: Rolling the Cheese
Roll the cheese ball in the mixture and rap in in clingfilm and place in the fridge.
Step 9: Eat It
Serve with crackers.
