Step 1: Custom E-Cig Holders

Made from solid 1" Oak. Bottom layer is 2 pieces glued together and the front is cut at a 25 degree angle. Top is from 1" Oak and drilled cut to fit customer requested size. Top is placed on 1"spindles that are drilled for 1/4" Tendons on each end. Name and Skulls are Laser cut using a 45 watt Laser and placed on the front as per request for Customizing. Sanded with 320 grit sand paper prior to placing the letters or logo on the front. After placing Logo or lettering on the front it gets 4 to 6 coats of Moisture Cure Urethane.
