Step 1: Gather Your Dremel Tools

And wood, and Corian and jewelry closures. Be sure to read the safety instructions or have someone show you how to safely use the tools.

Step 2: Draw a Design on Paper

Cut out the paper design with scissors. Trace the design onto wood, corian, or whatever material you are using. If you want 2 symmetrical pieces (for example - earrings), flip the paper over and trace again.

Step 3: Cut Out the Shape With the Appropriate Dremel Attachment.

Use the Dremel as a hand tool to cut out your design. You can also lock it into a vice and use it as an upright tool for more complicated cut outs.

Step 4: Finishing Touches

Sand the edges and add finishing details to your design. Drill tiny holes for the jewelry fixtures.

Step 5: Check Out the Cool Stuff People Made!

    Ive been wanting a dremel for a long time. Is it possilbe to cut stone also? Love your workshop!

    yes but you need Diamond bits I think and lubrication so the piece doesn't Crack. also a mask I learned the hard way.☺
