Easy Halloween Glow Decor

Make an easy, versatile and cheap Halloween decoration.

Step 1: Materials

Backlights
Highlighter
Jars

Step 2: Make

First fill your jar with water.
Then take the tube out of the highlighter
You can do this by grabbing the end with pliers and twisting.

After this grab the tube and squeeze it into the jar of water.
It should look like this.

Step 3: Finished

Now just add a black light.

You can also put it on your hands and pour it into different containers.
